The St Helier Festival has become an important event in the St Helier Community calendar which was organised up until 2018 by The Sutton Federation for Tenants & Residents Association & The St Helier Festival Steering Group; For 2018, a volunteer led, not-for profit, group organised, ran & facilitated the event, enabling it to continue, grow & flourish. This meant the event had more emphasis on the youth, performers & charities in the community & was supported by The London Borough of Sutton, Sutton Safer Neighbourhoods, Celeb FC, Local Councillor Jean Crossby, Rocoja Ltd and The David Weir Leisure Centre.
